Omit the following—
(a) Article 120 (budget);
(b) Article 121 (implementation and control of the budget);
(c) Article 122 (combating fraud);
(d) Article 123 (security rules on the protection of classified and sensitive non-classified information);
(e) Article 124 (evaluation);
(f) Article 125 (financial rules);
(g) Article 126 (fees and charges).
