# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 171: Amendment of Article 140 of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139


(1) Article 140 (transitional provisions) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, omit the words from “, including” to the end.
(3) In paragraph 3, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(4) Omit paragraph 4.
(5) In paragraph 5, for the words from “the delegated acts” to “this Regulation”, substitute “regulations made under Article 57 and Article 58”.
(6) Omit paragraph 6.
