# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 173: Amendment of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139


Annex I (aircraft referred to in point (d) of Article 2(3)), point 1 is amended as follows—
(a) in point (a)(ii), in the third indent, omit “of a Member State”;
(b) in point (d), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
