# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 194: Amendment of introductory section to Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012


(1) The list of contents is amended as follows—
(a) omit the entry for point 21.1;
(b) in Section A—
(i) at the entries for points 21.A.109 and 21.A.118A, for “EPA” substitute “UKPA”;
(ii) at the entries for points 21.A.179 and 21.A.209, omit “within Member States”;
(iii) at the entry for point 21.A.451, for “EPA” substitute “UKPA”;
(iv) at the entry for Subpart O, for “European” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(v) at the entries for points 21.A.604, 21.A.606, 21.A.607 and 21.A.609, in each place it occurs, for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;
(vi) omit the entry for point 21.A.705;

(c) in Section B—
