# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 196: Amendment of Subpart B of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012


(1) Section A, Subpart B (type-certificates and restricted type-certificates) is amended as follows.
(2) In points 21.A.14, 21.A.15, 21.A.16A, 21.A.16B, 21.A.17A, 21.A.17B, 21.A.18, 21.A.19, 21.A.20, 21.A.21, 21.A.23, 21.A.33, 21.A.35, 21.A.41, 21.A.51, 21.A.55, 21.A.57 and 21.A.61, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 21.A.62—
(a) in point (a)—
(i) for “EU operators” substitute “United Kingdom operators”;
(ii) for “an EU operator” substitute “a United Kingdom operator”;
(b) in point (b), for “EU operators” substitute “United Kingdom operators”;
(c) for point (c)(1) (and the “and” after it), substitute “the CAA; and”.
