# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 198: Amendment of Subpart E of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012


(1) Section A, Subpart E (supplemental type-certificates) is amended as follows.
(2) In points 21.A.112B, 21.A.113, 21.A.115 and 21.A.116, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 21.A.118A, in both places it occurs (including the heading), for “EPA” substitute “UKPA”.
(4) In points 21.A.118B, 21.A.119 and 21.A.120A, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(5) In point 21.A.120B—
(a) in point (a)—
(i) for “EU operators” substitute “United Kingdom operators”;
(ii) for “an EU operator” substitute “a United Kingdom operator”;
(b) in point (b), for “EU operators” substitute “United Kingdom operators”;
(c) for point (c)(1) (and the “and” after it), substitute “the CAA; and”.
