# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 203: Amendment of Subpart J of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012


(1) Section A, Subpart J (design organisation approval) is amended as follows.
(2) In points 21.A.234, 21.A.235, 21.A.239, 21.A.243 and 21.A.247, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 21.A.251, for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”.
(4) In points 21.A.253, 21.A.257, 21.A.258 and 21.A.259, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(5) In point 21.A.263—
(a) in point (b)—
(i) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) in point (4) for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;
(b) in point (c)—
(i) in points (3) and (4) for “EASA” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) in point (5) for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”.
(6) In point 21.A.265, in both places it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
