# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 204: Amendment of Subpart K of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012


(1) Section A, Subpart K (parts and appliances) is amended as follows.
(2) In point 21.A.303, in point (b), for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”.
(3) In point 21.A.305—
(a) omit “Union”;
(b) in the first place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(c) for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;
(d) in the second place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In point 21.A.307, in point (a), for “EASA” substitute “CAA”.
