# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 229: Amendment of Appendix 5 to Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012


(1) Appendix 5 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “EASA Form 24” substitute “CAA Form 24”.
(3) For “Competent Authority logo” substitute “CAA logo”.
(4) In the form—
(a) for “[Member State of registry]” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b) for “[competent authority of the Member State]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;
(c) in box 6, for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”;
(d) at the end, for “EASA Form 24 Issue 2” substitute “CAA Form 24 Issue 1”.
