# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 233: Amendment of Appendix 9 to Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012


(1) Appendix 9 (EASA Form 53) is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of the form, for “EASA Form 53” substitute “CAA Form 53”.
(3) In the “completion instructions”, in each place the words occur (including the heading), for “EASA Form 53” substitute “CAA Form 53”.
