# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 238: Amendment of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Article 2 (definitions) is amended as follows.
(2) In point (i), for “Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”.
(3) In point (p)—
(a) in point (ii), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (iii), for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
