# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 243: Amendment of Article 9 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Article 9 (Agency measures) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “Agency measures” substitute “Acceptable means of compliance”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(b) omit “competent authorities,”.
(4) In paragraphs 2 and 3, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
