# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 247: Amendment of Subpart B of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section A (technical requirements), Subpart B (accountability) is amended as follows.
(2) In point M.A.201, in point (j), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point M.A.202—
(a) in point (a)—
(i) for “competent authority designated by the State of Registry” substitute “CAA and”;
(ii) omit “and, if applicable, the Member State of operator,”;
(b) in point (b), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
