# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 248: Amendment of Subpart C of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section A, Subpart C (continuing airworthiness) is amended as follows.
(2) In point M.A.301, in point (5)—
(a) in point (iii), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (iv), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point M.A.302—
(a) in point (b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (c)—
(i) in point (i), for the words from “competent authority” to the end substitute “CAA”;
(ii) omit point (ii);
(c) in point (d)—
(i) in point (i), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) in point (ii), for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;

(e) in point (h)—
