# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 250: Amendment of Subpart E of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section A, Subpart E (components) is amended as follows.
(2) In point M.A.501(a)(1), for “an EASA Form 1” substitute “a CAA Form 1”.
(3) In point M.A.502—
(a) in point (b)—
(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) for “an EASA Form 1” substitute “a CAA Form 1”;
(b) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(c) in points (d) and (e), for “an EASA Form 1” substitute “a CAA Form 1”.
