# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 253: Amendment of Subpart H of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section A, Subpart H (certificate of release to service - CRS) is amended as follows.
(2) In point M.A.801(d)(3), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point M.A.802(b), for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”.
(4) In point M.A.803(a)(1), for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”.
