# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 256: Amendment of Subpart A of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section B, Subpart A (general) is amended as follows.
(2) In point M.B.101, for the words from “competent authorities” to the end substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point M.B.102—
(a) for the heading, substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (a)—
(i) for the words from the start to “This competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;
(ii) after “organisational structure” insert “for the application and enforcement of Section A of this Part”;
(c) in point (d), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In point M.B.104—
(a) in point (a), for “competent authorities” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (b)—
(i) in point (4), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) in point (7), for “competent” substitute “aviation”;
(iii) in point (9), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(c) in point (d)—
(i) in point (4), for “Member State” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) in point (7), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(d) omit point (f).
(5) Omit point M.B.105.
