# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 259: Amendment of Subpart F of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) In Section B, Subpart F (maintenance organisation) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit point M.B.601.
(3) In point M.B.602, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In point M.B.603—
(a) in point (a)—
(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) for “an EASA Form 3” substitute “a CAA Form 3”;
(b) in point (b)—
(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) for “EASA Form 3” substitute “CAA Form 3”;
(c) in point (c)—
(i) for “EASA Form 3” substitute “CAA Form 3”;
(ii) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(5) In points M.B.604, M.B.605, M.B.606 and M.B.607, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
