# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 260: Amendment of Subpart G of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section B, Subpart G (continuing airworthiness management organisation) is amended as follows.
(2) In point M.B.701—
(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) omit point (b).
(3) In point M.B.702, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In point M.B.703—
(a) in point (a)—
(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) for “an EASA Form 14” substitute “a CAA Form 14”;
(b) in point (b)—
(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) for “EASA Form 14” substitute “CAA Form 14”;
(c) in point (c), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(d) in point (d), for “an EASA Form 14” substitute “a CAA Form 14”.
(5) In points M.B.704, M.B.705, M.B.706 and M.B.707, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
