# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 266: Amendment of Section B of Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section B (procedure for competent authorities) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “competent authorities” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 145.B.01, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In point 145.B.10—
(a) in the heading, for “Competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (1), for the words from the start to “This competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;
(c) in point (4), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(5) Omit point 145.B.15.
(6) In point 145.B.20, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(7) In point 145.B.25—
(a) in points (1) and (2), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (3), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(8) In points 145.B.30, 145.B.35, 145.B.40, 145.B.45, 145.B.50, 145.B.55 and 145.B.60, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
