# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 273: Amendment of Subpart B of Section B of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section B, Subpart B (issue of an aircraft maintenance licence), is amended as follows.
(2) In the first paragraph, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 66.B.100—
(a) in the heading, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point (a)—
(i) in the first place it occurs, for “EASA Form 19” substitute “CAA Form 19”;
(ii) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(iii) in the second place it occurs, for “EASA Form 19” substitute “CAA Form 19”;
(c) in points (b) to (d), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In points 66.B.105 and 66.B.110, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(5) In point 66.B.115—
(a) in point (a)—
