# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 275: Amendment of Subpart D of Section B of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


In Section B, Subpart D (conversion of certifying staff qualifications), point 66.B.300 is amended as follows—
(a) omit point (a);
(b) in points (b), (c) and (d), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
