  "text": "(1) Section A (technical requirements) is amended as follows.\n(2) In Subpart A (general), in point 147.A.15(a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(3) In Subpart B (organisational requirements)—\n(a) in points 147.A.100, 147.A.105, and 147.A.130 to 147.A.140, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point 147.A.145(a)(v)(2), for the words from “either” to “competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;\n(c) from point 147.A.150 to 147.A.155, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(d) in point 147.A.160—\n(i) in point (a)(2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(ii) in point (c)—\n(aa) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(bb) for “this authority” substitute “the CAA”.",
