# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 282: Amendment of Section B of Annex 4 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014


(1) Section B (procedures for competent authorities) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading for Section B, for “competent authorities” substitute “the CAA”.
(3) In Subpart A (general)—
(a) in point 147.B.05, for the words from “competent authorities” to the end substitute “CAA”;
(b) in point 147.B.10—
(i) in the heading, for “Competent Authority” substitute “CAA”;
(ii) in point (a)—
(aa) for the words from the start to “This competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;
(bb) after “organisational structure” insert “for the application and enforcement of Section B of this Part”;
(iii) in points (b) and (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(c) in points 147.B.20 and 147.B.25, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In Subpart B (issue of an approval)—
(a) in point 147.B.110—
