Regulation 283 Amendment of the Appendices to Annex 4 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

The Appendices to Annex 4 are amended as follows.

In Appendix 2—

(a)

in the title, for “EASA Form 11” substitute “CAA Form 11”;

(b)

on the first page of the form—

(i)

(ii)

(iii)
