# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 288: Amendment of Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/640


In Article 5 (transitional provisions), for “their competent authority” substitute “the Civil Aviation Authority”.
