# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 290: Amendment of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/640


(1) Annex 1 (Part-26) is amended as follows.
(2) In the list of contents, omit the entry for point 26.10 (competent authority).
(3) In Subpart A (general provisions)—
(a) omit point 26.10;
(b) in point 26.20, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(c) in point 26.30, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
