# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 299: Amendment of Article 10 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


(1) Article 10 (credit for pilot licences obtained during military service) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, after “obtained during” insert “United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a) after “holders of” insert “United Kingdom”;
(b) for “Member State where they served” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In paragraph 2, for “Member State in consultation with the Agency” substitute “CAA”.
