# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1991


In regulation 6 (regulation of the conduct of the authority)—
(a) in paragraph (1), after “The functions conferred on the Authority by or under Air Navigation Orders”, insert “or other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”;
(b) in paragraph (8)(a), after “an Air Navigation Order” insert “or under other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”.
