# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 300: Amendment of Article 10a of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


(1) Article 10a (pilot training organisations) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) Omit paragraph 4.
