# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 311: Amendment of Subpart H of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


(1) Subpart H (class type ratings) is amended as follows.
(2) In point FCL.700(b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point FCL.720.A(e), for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”.
