Regulation 317 Amendment of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

Annex 3 (conditions for the acceptance of licences issued by or on behalf of third countries) is amended as follows.

In section A (validation of licences)—

(a)

in paragraph 1—

(i)

in the first paragraph, for “competent authority of a Member State” substitute “CAA”;

(ii)

omit the second paragraph;

(b)

(ii)
