  "text": "(1) Subpart CC is amended as follows.\n(2) In point ARA.CC.100—\n(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (b)—\n(i) for point (1) and the words to “State” immediately following it, substitute “by the CAA; and/or”;\n(ii) in point (2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(c) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(3) In point ARA.CC.105, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(4) In point ARA.CC.200—\n(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (b)—\n(i) for the words from the start to “attestations, the competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;\n(ii) in the second and third places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.",
