  "text": "(1) Appendix 7 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the form—\n(a) for “European Union (*)” substitute “United Kingdom”;\n(b) in the first place the words occur, for “Competent Authority” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;\n(c) in both places it occurs, for “[competent authority]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;\n(d) omit the note at “(*)”;\n(e) for “EASA Form 148” substitute “CAA Form 148”.\n(3) In the attachment to the aero-medical examiner certificate, for “[Competent Authority]” substitute “CAA”.",
