# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 334: Amendment of Appendix 7 to Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


(1) Appendix 7 is amended as follows.
(2) In the form—
(a) for “European Union (*)” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b) in the first place the words occur, for “Competent Authority” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;
(c) in both places it occurs, for “[competent authority]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;
(d) omit the note at “(*)”;
(e) for “EASA Form 148” substitute “CAA Form 148”.
(3) In the attachment to the aero-medical examiner certificate, for “[Competent Authority]” substitute “CAA”.
