# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 335: Amendment of Appendix 8 to Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


(1) In Appendix 8, the form entitled “Training programme approval” is amended as follows.
(2) For “European Union (*)” substitute “United Kingdom”.
(3) In the first place the words occur, for “Competent authority” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”.
(4) For “Issuing authority” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”.
(5) For “above-mentioned competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(6) For “[competent authority]” substitute “CAA”.
(7) Omit the note at “(*)”.
(8) For “EASA Form XXX Issue 1” substitute “CAA Form XXX Issue 1”.
