# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 34: Regulation (EU) No 996/2010 (accident investigation)


Regulation (EU) No 996/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 October 2010 on the investigation and prevention of accidents in civil aviation and repealing Directive 94/65/EC is amended in accordance with regulations 35 to 58.
