# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 340: Amendment of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


In Article 2(8), for “competent authority of the place where the operation is conducted” substitute “CAA”.
