# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 343: Amendment of Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


In Article 5 (air operations), in paragraph 5—
(a) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(b) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
