# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 346: Amendment of Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


(1) Article 8 (flight time limitations) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2, for “competent authorities” substitute “the CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 4—
(a) for “applicable national” substitute “existing”;
(b) for “implementing rules are adopted” substitute “regulations are made”.
