# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 35: Amendment of Article 1 of Regulation (EU) No 996/2010


(1) Article 1 (subject matter) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) in the first place it occurs, for “European” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b) omit the words from “, including through” to “Safety Investigation Authorities”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
