# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 351: Amendment of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


(1) Annex 1 (definitions for terms used in Annexes 2 to 8) is amended as follows.
(2) In points (2), (9) and (19), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point (79), for the words from “the period” to the end substitute “the time from half an hour after sunset until half an hour before sunrise (both times inclusive), sunset and sunrise being determined at surface level”.
(4) In point (98), for the words “or on behalf of a competent authority” substitute “the CAA”.
