# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 357: Amendment of the Appendices to Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


(1) The Appendices to Annex 2 are amended as follows.
(2) In Appendix 1—
(a) for “issuing authority (4)” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;
(b) omit footnote (4);
(c) in footnotes (5) and (6), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(d) for “EASA Form 138” substitute “CAA Form 138”.
(3) In Appendix 2—
(a) for “issuing authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in footnotes (1) and (4), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(c) for “EASA Form 139 Issue 3” substitute “CAA Form 139 Issue 1”.
(4) In Appendix 3—
