# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 363: Amendment of Subpart MLR, Subpart FC, Subpart CC and Subpart TC of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


In Subparts MLR, FC, CC and TC, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
