  "text": "(1) Annex 7 (Part-NCO) is amended as follows.\n(2) In Subpart A (general requirements)—\n(a) omit point NCO.GEN.100;\n(b) in point NCO.GEN.101, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;\n(c) in points NCO.GEN.103, NCO.GEN.105, NCO.GEN.135 and NCO.GEN.140, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(d) in point NCO.GEN.145—\n(i) in point (a)—\n(aa) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(bb) at the end omit “; and”;\n(ii) omit point (b);\n(e) in point NCO.GEN.155(b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(3) In Subpart B (operational procedures), in point NCO.OP.110(a)(2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(4) In Subpart E (specific requirements), in point NCO.SPEC.HESLO.110, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.",
