  "text": "(1) Article 5 (obligation to investigate) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) after “Every accident or serious incident” insert “in the United Kingdom”;\n(b) omit the words from “in the Member State” to the end.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;\n(b) for “Member State of registration” substitute “United Kingdom”.\n(4) In paragraph 4—\n(a) at the start, for “Safety investigation authorities” substitute “The safety investigation authority”;\n(b) for “the national legislation of the Member States, when they expect” substitute “any relevant enactment, when it expects”.",
