  "text": "(1) Subpart B (licences, ratings and endorsements) of Annex 1 is amended as follows.\n(2) In point ATCO.B.020—\n(a) omit point (c);\n(b) in point (d), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(3) In point ATCO.B.025—\n(a) in point (a), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (b), for “competent authorities” substitute “CAA”.\n(4) In point ATCO.B.030—\n(a) in point (a), omit the words from “and, if applicable” to “Publications”;\n(b) in point (d), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(5) In point ATCO.B.040—\n(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (b), for “competent authorities” substitute “CAA”.",
