# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 391: Amendment of Subpart C of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/340


In Subpart C (requirements for instructors and assessors) of Annex 1, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
