  "text": "(1) Subpart A (general requirements) of Annex 2 (Part-ATCO.AR) is amended as follows.\n(2) In point ATCO.AR.A.001, for “competent authorities with responsibility for” substitute “CAA in respect of”.\n(3) In point ATCO.AR.A.005—\n(a) in point (a), for “Competent authorities” substitute “The CAA”;\n(b) in points (b) and (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(4) In point ATCO.AR.A.010—\n(a) in the heading, for “competent authorities” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (a)—\n(i) for “competent authorities” substitute “CAA”;\n(ii) omit point (14).\n(5) In point ATCO.AR.A.015—\n(a) in point (a), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(c) in point (d)—\n(i) in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(ii) omit points (2) and (3);\n(d) in point (e)—\n(i) in the first place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(ii) at the end of point (1) omit “and”;\n(iii) omit point (2);\n(iv) omit the paragraph commencing “The competent authority shall provide”.\n(6) Omit point ATCO.AR.A.020.\n(7) In point ATCO.AR.A.025—\n(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) omit point (b);\n(c) in point (c)—\n(i) for “points (a) and (b)” substitute “point (a)”;\n(ii) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(d) in point (d), omit the words from “The competent authority shall also notify” to the end.",
