# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 1991


In regulation 25 (hearings in connection with licences), in paragraph (1)(c), after “an Air Navigation Order” insert “or under other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”.
